The apartment is connected to a larger bayfront home but is completely separate, allowing guests to enjoy their own private space. The main home may be occupied by other guests when rented separately, or both properties may be rented together for larger groups. The only shared amenity is the washer and dryer, which are located on the property. All other living spaces, entrances, and guest areas are private and not shared. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful bayfront setting while maintaining their own private accommodations.
